【摘要】：随着计算机技术在科研工作中广泛应用,工作中形成了大量科研电子档案,管理好科研电子档案对于维护科研工作秩序、推动科研项目发展,具有重要现实意义。构建档案网络管理系统、强化档案安全保障措施,是加强科研电子档案管理的重要内容。
