西北民族院校图书馆地方文献特色化建设探析

【摘要】：西北民族院校图书馆把推进地方文献特色化建设作为可持续发展的重要手段,通过强化数据库特色、地域民族特色和专业特色等专题特色,不断提升地方文献特色化建设的质量水平;在推进实施过程中,各民族院校图书馆普遍面临资金短缺、人才不足、重复建设等诸多症结问题,对地方文献特色化建设影响较大;基于特色化建设提质增效的现实需要,必须从扩大资金增量、加快引进培养人才以及强化特色数据库建设入手,以此不断提高西北民族院校图书馆的对外影响力和科研实力。
[Abstract]:The Northwest University Library for nationalities regards the promotion of the construction of local literature as an important means of sustainable development. By strengthening the characteristics of the database, regional ethnic and professional features, and other special features, In the process of promoting the implementation, the libraries of national colleges and universities are faced with many key problems, such as shortage of funds, shortage of talents, repeated construction and so on, which have a great influence on the construction of local literature characteristics. In order to improve the external influence and scientific research strength of the libraries of northwest nationalities colleges and universities, it is necessary to expand the increment of funds, speed up the introduction and cultivation of talents and strengthen the construction of characteristic databases.
