基于分众传播的档案馆移动APP服务研究

【摘要】:移动互联网和手持终端的迅猛发展为各类公共服务提供了更为便捷的获取方式,而档案馆作为我国公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,也应该以更加开放的姿态面向公众,充分运用新技术,利用移动APP创新服务。文章基于档案馆"用户为中心"的服务理念及用户对档案信息内容和形式需求的个性化、专业化的特点,借鉴分众传播的理念,在分析我国档案移动APP服务发展现状的基础上,提出相关发展策略。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of mobile Internet and handheld terminals provides a more convenient way to obtain all kinds of public services. As an important part of China's public cultural service system, archives should also be more open to the public. Make full use of new technology, use mobile APP innovative services. Based on the "user-centered" service concept of archives and the individuation and specialization of users' demand for the content and form of archival information, the paper analyzes the present situation of archives mobile APP service development in China, using the concept of focus communication for reference. Put forward the relevant development strategy.
