适应情景演化推演的应急决策知识库协同架构研究

【摘要】:[目的/意义]面向突发事件的应急决策是目前国家所急需的,提升到用于应急决策的高度,必须适应信息量大、精确性高、跨领域多的快速响应要求,形成知识库协同架构有序、高效、及时地提供应急解决方案。[方法/过程]运用知识组织理论与方法,首先由情景演化与知识库映射规则的深层知识发现,研究面向情景演化问题特征知识表示,并刻画情景的语义知识获取,给出面向应急决策的知识库协同架构;其次,研究面向问题特征的特征词典构建,从分类词表构建方法与各类突发事件分级、分期标准制定两个方面加以探讨;最后深入研究基于情景推演的知识库协同及基于情景驱动的知识推理计算。[结果/结论]最终解决单一知识库难以克服应急决策的多领域、演化的难题。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] Emergency decision oriented to emergency events is urgently needed by the country at present. To the height of emergency decision making, it must be adapted to the requirement of rapid response with large amount of information, high accuracy and many cross-fields. Form a knowledge base of collaborative architecture in an orderly, efficient, timely emergency solutions. [method / process] using the theory and method of knowledge organization, firstly, from the deep knowledge discovery of situational evolution and knowledge base mapping rule, we study the feature knowledge representation of situational evolution problem, and depict the semantic knowledge acquisition of scenario. The collaborative framework of knowledge base for emergency decision is given. Secondly, the problem oriented feature dictionary construction is studied, which is discussed from two aspects: the construction method of classified lexicon, the classification of all kinds of unexpected events, and the establishment of staging standards. Finally, the knowledge base collaboration based on scenario inference and the knowledge reasoning calculation based on scenario driving are studied in depth. Results / conclusions] the single knowledge base is difficult to overcome the multi-domain and evolutional problem of emergency decision.
