学科馆员学科知识服务能力建设研究

【摘要】:学科知识服务的发展对学科馆员服务能力提出了新要求。文章在阐释"学科知识服务能力"内涵的基础上,对学科馆员学科知识服务能力的层次与构成进行了梳理、归纳,将学科馆员知识服务能力归纳为一般学科知识服务能力、较高学科知识服务能力和最高学科知识服务能力3个能力层次以及相应的8个能力项目,探讨了加强学科知识服务能力建设的3个机制,即建立考核激励机制、人才培养机制和知识共享机制。
[Abstract]:The development of subject knowledge service puts forward new requirements for subject librarian service ability. On the basis of explaining the connotation of "subject knowledge service ability", this paper sorts out the level and composition of subject librarian's subject knowledge service ability, and sums up the subject librarian's knowledge service ability as the general subject knowledge service ability. This paper discusses three mechanisms of strengthening the construction of subject knowledge service capacity, that is, setting up an examination incentive mechanism, in order to improve the knowledge service ability of the discipline and the highest knowledge service ability of the subject, and the corresponding eight ability projects. Talent training mechanism and knowledge sharing mechanism.
