澳大利亚开放政府数据的元数据标准--对Data.gov.au的调研与启示

【摘要】：我国政府数据元数据标准规范的研究尚处于起步阶段,元数据标准对于促进政府数据开放共享具有重要意义。文章选取澳大利亚开放政府数据平台Data.gov.au为研究对象,调查并分析其元数据标准的元素组成、数据格式、语法结构等。得到如下启示:建立统一的政府数据元数据标准,发布多种数据开放格式和设置专门的开放政府数据元数据标准管理维护机构。
[Abstract]:The research on metadata standards of government data in China is still in its infancy, and metadata standards are of great significance to promote the open sharing of government data. In this paper, Data.gov.au, an open government data platform in Australia, is selected to investigate and analyze the elements of metadata standard, data format, syntax structure and so on. The enlightenment is as follows: to establish a unified government data metadata standard, to publish a variety of open data formats and to set up a special management and maintenance organization for open government data metadata standards.
