均等化视域下流动儿童阅读推广障碍与对策研究

【摘要】：流动儿童的阅读推广是推进全民阅读进程中亟须解决的社会问题,如何在均等化前提下开展流动儿童阅读推广,对我国建设文化强国具有积极意义。长期以来,对流动儿童的阅读推广开展极为有限,流动儿童阅读情况并不令人满意,处于教育、阅读断链的逆境。流动儿童享受均等、优质、健康的阅读环境需要政府、学校、家庭、社会各方面的协同合作,对流动儿童形成全方位的关怀,才能让他们身心健康成长。
[Abstract]:The promotion of mobile children's reading is a social problem that must be solved urgently in the process of promoting the whole people's reading. How to carry out the reading promotion of mobile children under the premise of equalization is of positive significance to the construction of a strong cultural power in our country. For a long time, the reading promotion of migrant children is very limited, the reading situation of migrant children is not satisfactory, they are in the adversities of education and reading broken chain. Migrant children enjoy equal, high quality and healthy reading environment. They need the cooperation of government, school, family and society to form all-round care for migrant children, so that they can grow up physically and mentally.
