高校图书馆义务馆员组织管理模式的实证研究

【摘要】：通过问卷方式调查了海南省五所高校图书馆义务馆员组织管理模式的实践状况,重点针对图书馆义务馆员"共管式"与"自治式"两种基本组织管理模式进行分析研究,并根据海南省高校图书馆的现状和读者服务的实际要求,提出了建设读者服务联盟的策略,以期进一步完善义务馆员组织管理模式。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the practice of the organization and management mode of voluntary librarians in five university libraries in Hainan Province by means of questionnaire, and focuses on the analysis and study of the two basic organization and management modes of "co-management" and "autonomy" of library voluntary librarians. According to the present situation of the university library in Hainan Province and the actual requirements of the reader service, this paper puts forward the strategy of constructing the reader service alliance, in order to further perfect the organization and management mode of the volunteer librarian.
