藏品管理信息化研究

【摘要】：藏品管理信息化,主要研究博物馆传统藏品管理工作中信息技术的应用,探索快速并大幅度提升藏品管理效率的方式。本文从历年来我国博物馆藏品管理数字化进程中理论与实践情况出发,通过对目前现状、已有基础以及存在不足确立研究的方向,就博物馆藏品管理流程规范化、藏品数字信息的共享与检索、藏品信息录入标准以及实物藏品及其数字信息即时合一这四方面作尝试性解析研究,分析其轻重缓急与症结所在,力图为单体博物馆藏品管理信息化提出方案构想。近年来,我们按照藏品信息录入标准开发出了比较完善的藏品信息管理系统(CMS),使之成为推动传统藏品管理工作规范化的有效工具。并且通过对传统藏品管理工作流程的解析,分析RFID藏品管理手持机可以在藏品管理哪些环节减轻藏品保管员负担,提高藏品管理效率。在此基础上,以复旦大学博物馆藏品管理信息化为个案研究对象,构建完善的藏品管理信息化系统：即整合藏品信息管理系统(CMS)、RFID藏品管理手持机与RFID门禁系统,实现博物馆藏品从器身号编写到排架、盘点、提取、检索的不完全非接触式管理。通过减少藏品管理中不必要的藏品触碰移动,大幅降低其潜在损毁风险。我们期望在未来能通过博物馆藏品管理信息化系统,逐渐突破博物馆业务工作中藏品信息利用的瓶颈,实现实物藏品及其数字信息即时合一,开创博物馆藏品非接触式管理方式。
[Abstract]:The information of collection management mainly studies the application of information technology in the management of traditional collections of museums and explores ways to improve the efficiency of collection management quickly and greatly. Based on the theory and practice of the digitization process of museum collection management in China over the years, this paper establishes the direction of research on the current situation, existing foundation and deficiency, and standardizes the process of museum collection management. The sharing and retrieval of the digital information of the collection, the input standard of the collection information and the integration of the material collection and its digital information are studied in an attempt to analyze and analyze the priorities and the crux of the collection. This paper tries to put forward a plan for the information management of individual museum collections. In recent years, we have developed a relatively perfect collection information management system (CMS),) according to the information input standard of the collection, making it an effective tool to promote the standardization of the traditional collection management. By analyzing the workflow of traditional collection management, this paper analyzes which links of RFID collection management handheld can lighten the burden of collection keeper and improve the efficiency of collection management. On this basis, taking the collection management information of Fudan University Museum as the case study object, a perfect collection management information system is constructed: the integrated collection information management system (CMS), RFID collection management handset and RFID access control system. The museum collection is not completely contactless management, which is compiled from the device number to shelf, inventory, extraction and retrieval. By reducing unnecessary collection movement in collection management, the potential damage risk is greatly reduced. We hope that in the future, through the museum collection management information system, we can gradually break through the bottleneck of the collection information utilization in the museum business work, and realize the immediate integration of the physical collection and its digital information.
