高校图书馆新任馆长适应期经历的现象学研究

【摘要】:针对高校图书馆管理对于新任馆长是一项充满挑战的工作这一事实,运用现象学研究方法考察了上任时间不到一年的4个新馆长在适应期内的经历,结果显示新馆长成功适应新岗位通常采取的行动和策略包括:做好准备工作、通过调研打开局面、致力沟通与信任、建立和谐关系。参考文献13。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the management of university library is a challenging task for the new curator, this paper investigates the experience of the four new curators who have been in office for less than one year during the adaptation period by means of phenomenological research. The results show that the actions and strategies usually taken by the new curator to adapt to the new post include: preparing well, opening up the situation through investigation, striving to communicate and trust, and establishing harmonious relationship. 13 refs.
