图书馆组织氛围测评流程和数据质量控制研究

【摘要】：图书馆组织氛围测评是图书馆自发开展的评价活动,其目的是培养健康的图书馆组织氛围。基于国内外有关图书馆组织氛围研究的梳理,以流程管理思想为理论基础,参考Climate QUAL~汶测评流程、结合文献调研和专家咨询结果所构建的适合我国图书馆组织氛围的测评流程可分为前期准备、测评实施和反馈优化3个阶段。贯穿整个测评过程的数据质量控制方法包括:构建科学的指标体系、调查对象的控制、问卷调查系统的控制和调查专员的培训等。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of library organizational atmosphere is a spontaneous evaluation activity of library, the purpose of which is to cultivate a healthy organizational atmosphere of library. Based on the research of library organizational atmosphere both at home and abroad, based on the theory of process management and referring to the Climate QUAL~ assessment process, Based on the results of literature investigation and expert consultation, the evaluation process suitable for the organizational atmosphere of libraries in China can be divided into three stages: pre-preparation, evaluation implementation and feedback optimization. The data quality control methods that run through the whole evaluation process include constructing scientific index system, controlling the object of investigation, controlling the questionnaire investigation system and training the investigation specialists, and so on.
