“最多跑一次”事项电子业务数据归档系统建设实践——以杭州市档案局为例

【摘要】：浙江省档案局开展的"最多跑一次"事项电子化归档是全国档案系统的一次业务和技术创新实践。而从全国范围来看,对各种业务办理系统的电子数据进行归档一直是档案管理部门面临的挑战和难点,也罕有成熟和成功的案例可循。作为试点单位之一的杭州市档案局通过技术引领,结合自身实践,提出了一种对电子业务数据归档的具体业务思路和实践路径。
[Abstract]:The electronic filing of the most running item carried out by the Zhejiang Provincial Archives Bureau is a business and technological innovation practice of the national archives system. From a national point of view, filing electronic data of various business management systems has always been a challenge and difficulty for the archives management department, and there are few mature and successful cases to follow. As one of the pilot units, Hangzhou Archives Bureau, through technical guidance and combined with its own practice, puts forward a specific business thinking and practical path for filing electronic business data.
