微媒体在图书馆信息服务中的应用及发展研究

【摘要】:随着网络传输技术的进步和移动终端的不断更新和发展,以微博、微信为代表的网络新媒体迅速兴起和发展。微博、微信等微媒体作为一种不断发展的信息生产、获取、传播分享的新型自媒体平台,迅速成为各行各业、社会各界开展微服务的媒介基础。在图书馆信息服务领域,微媒体的运用突破了时空限制,为读者提供了更加便捷、高效、优质的服务,成为图书馆信息服务的新媒介和新方式。引入传播学相关理论,梳理微媒体和微传播的定义、特点,在此基础上展开微媒体在图书馆信息服务中应用发展的动力分析:读者为中心、服务至上的服务理念和利益驱使机制是图书馆开展微服务的内源动力,而新技术的推动、读者需求的变化和政府政策的鼓励则是图书馆开展微服务的外源动力,外因通过内因起作用,内源动力和外源动力的良性循环构成了图书馆紧跟时代步伐开展信息服务的动力机制。在此基础上,为更加深入地探究图书馆微服务的现状,发现存在的问题,通过问卷调查的方法,采集分析数据,以定性和定量相结合的方法总结了图书馆微服务在平台联动、读者调查、团队建设等方面的现状和不足,同时结合微媒体在图书馆信息服务中的具体实践,根据存在的问题有针对性地提出微媒体在图书馆信息服务中应用发展的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the progress of network transmission technology and the continuous update and development of mobile terminals, new network media, represented by Weibo and WeChat, are emerging and developing rapidly. As a new type of self-media platform, such as Weibo, WeChat and WeChat, as a new type of self-media platform for information production, acquisition and sharing, WeChat has become the media foundation for various industries and all walks of life to carry out micro-services. In the field of library information services, the use of micro-media breaks through the space-time limit, provides readers with more convenient, efficient and high-quality services, and becomes a new medium and new way of library information services. Based on the introduction of communication theory and the definition and characteristics of micromedia and microcommunication, the dynamic analysis of the application and development of micromedia in library information services is carried out: reader-centered, The service idea and benefit-driven mechanism of service first is the internal motive force of the library to carry out micro-service, while the impetus of new technology, the change of readers' demand and the encouragement of government policy are the external motive force of the library to carry out micro-service. External causes play a role through internal factors, the benign cycle of endogenous power and external power constitute the dynamic mechanism of library to keep pace with the times to carry out information services. On this basis, in order to explore the current situation of library micro-service more deeply, find the existing problems, through the method of questionnaire survey, collect and analyze the data, and summarize the linkage of library micro-service on the platform with the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. Reader survey, team building and other aspects of the current situation and deficiencies, and combined with the specific practice of micro-media in library information services, According to the existing problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the application and development of micromedia in library information service.
