杨立诚生平事略考

【摘要】：考证20世纪重要的图书馆学者杨立诚的生卒年代、所受教育、图书馆活动及学术成就。结果表明,杨立诚生于1888年,卒于1959年,北京大学哲学系毕业,巴黎大学和德国也那大学肄业。其图书馆活动主要包括在江西省立图书馆、浙江省立图书馆任职期间的活动、擅自提走图书馆基金与违规申领特别办公费三个方面。其学术成就包括编译国外著作、发表不同类型的文章(调查报告、介绍文章、译文、会议报道等)、编制书目和索引、出版著作、评论中外著者排列法。最后,指出他功过参半,足资今人厉戒。
[Abstract]:Yang Li-Cheng, an important library scholar in the 20th century, has received education, library activities and academic achievements in his years of birth and death. Yang Licheng was born in 1888 and died in 1959. He graduated from the philosophy department of Peking University and graduated from Paris and Germany. Its library activities mainly include the activities of Jiangxi Provincial Library and Zhejiang Provincial Library during their tenure, taking away library funds without authorization and applying for special office expenses in violation of regulations. His academic achievements include compiling foreign works, publishing different types of articles (survey reports, introduction articles, translations, conference reports, etc.), compiling bibliographies and indexes, publishing works, and commenting on the listing of Chinese and foreign authors. Finally, he pointed out that he was half-meritorious and that he had enough money to abstain from the present.
