全媒体时代档案文献编纂的优化路径

【摘要】：在全媒体时代,档案管理工作在网络技术的支持下发生了颠覆性的变化,在管理模式、运行方式以及编纂方法等方面都有了长足发展。文章分析了全媒体时代为档案文献编纂工作带来的机遇与挑战,并从人才、制度、技术等方面提出了优化建议。
[Abstract]:In the all-media era, the archives management work under the support of the network technology has taken place the subversive change, in the management mode, the operation mode and the compilation method and so on has made the considerable development. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought about by the all-media era for the compilation of archival documents, and puts forward some suggestions for optimization from the aspects of talent, system, technology and so on.
