档案信息资源开发大众参与激励机制探析

【摘要】：随着Web2.0时代的到来,社会大众逐渐参与到档案信息资源开发过程中,建立完善的激励机制成为当务之急。本文揭示大众参与档案信息资源开发的动机,分析档案信息资源开发大众参与激励原则,基于大众参与动机和激励原则,结合档案部门实际情况,构建档案信息资源开发大众参与的激励机制,以期为档案信息资源开发大众参与项目的开展提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the Web2.0 era, the public gradually participate in the development of archival information resources, the establishment of a perfect incentive mechanism has become an urgent task. This paper reveals the motivation of the masses to participate in the development of archival information resources, analyzes the incentive principle of mass participation in the development of archival information resources, based on the motivation and principle of mass participation, and combines the actual situation of the archival department. In order to provide reference and reference for the development of public participation project of archival information resources, the incentive mechanism of mass participation in the development of archival information resources is set up.
