基于馆藏资源的档案文化价值分析——以南京市鼓楼区档案馆为例

【摘要】：正档案所具有的文化价值是由档案的本质属性决定的。档案是人类社会活动的产物,档案的产生和形成的领域就是人类社会生活领域。一切文化都是人类认识和改造自然、社会的实践经验的总结和物质形态的凝聚,因此档案也是一种文化,叫做档案文化。档案是有价值的,档案文化有价值也是毋庸置疑的。正如国家档案局长杨冬权所说:‘档案是文化的一部分,而且是重要的一部分,相当于"根"或"核"的那一部分’。那么如何看待并利用档案文化价值呢。
[Abstract]:The cultural value of positive archives is determined by the essential attribute of archives. Archives are the product of human social activities, and the field of production and formation of archives is the field of human social life. All cultures are the summary of human understanding and transformation of nature, the summary of social practical experience and the cohesion of material form, so archives are also a kind of culture, which is called archival culture. Archives are valuable, and there is no doubt that archival culture is valuable. As Yang Dongquan, director of national archives, said: 'archives are part of culture, and they are an important part, equivalent to the "root" or "nuclear" part. So how to view and make use of the cultural value of archives?
