【摘要】：本论文以河北梆子大型现代戏《晚雪》市场运作获得“五个一工程”奖这一案例作为研究对象。这一课题的研究是在中国河北梆子现代戏市场处于发展困难,但又正在通过创新走在复苏振兴路上的背景下,研究具有积极的现实意义。力争得出对国内同类剧种的剧目市场运作有力的理论总结,丰富国内河北梆子现代戏市场运作规律的认识,对我国河北梆子现代戏在未来的发展起到促进作用。论文从河北梆子现代戏《晚雪》的剧目管理、市场分析及营销管理、人力资源管理分析河北梆子现代戏《晚雪》发展中遇到的瓶颈及对策这四个方面展开研究。重点对河北梆子现代戏《晚雪》本体规律进行理论归纳,对作品进入市场经验进行理论归纳。论文的研究方法主要以实证为主与理论归纳相结合的模式,运用田野工作以及案头工作相结合的方法,通过对一手资料的直接研究观察、学习实践、采访相关人员,分析相关数据、资料文献的手段,并对资料进行梳理归纳、逻辑推理对河北梆子现代戏《晚雪》剧目管理、营销管理、人力资源管理运作现状进行研究,找出其市场运营的经验。同时笔者运用当下市场理论及文化产业的基本原理,通过逻辑推理法、归纳分析法,将理论与实践充分相结合,力争取得的结论真实可靠,有研究价值。依托艺术管理学、营销管理学、音乐学、市场管理学、心理学等不同学科知识,寻找相关的理论支点,结合当前传统戏剧市场发展状况调查及相关知识,在较为深入的调查收纳,逻辑分析上,总结出河北梆子现代戏《晚雪》的市场运作的整体模式。
