【摘要】：9月7日,国家环保总局和国家统计局联合发布了《中国绿色国民经济核算研究报告2004》绿皮书,这是中国有史以来第一份经环境污染调整的GDP核算研究报告,标志着中国的绿色国民经济核算研究已经取得了阶段性成果。日前,本刊记者就《中国绿色国民经济核算研究报告2004》发布的意义、研究成果以及绿色GDP核算下一步的目标等问题,采访了国家环保总局副局长潘岳。
[Abstract]:In September 7th, the State Environmental Protection Administration and the State Bureau of Statistics jointly issued the Green Paper of China's Green National accounts Research report 2004. This is the first study report of GDP accounting adjusted by environmental pollution in Chinese history, which indicates that the study of green national economic accounting in China has made a stage achievement. A few days ago. This reporter interviewed Pan Yue, deputy director of the State Environmental Protection Administration, on the significance of the publication of the "China Green National accounts Research report 2004", the research results and the next goal of green GDP accounting.
