【摘要】：发展城市轨道交通是解决中国城市交通拥堵、环境恶劣的重要途径,是适合中国国情的。目前,国内地铁迎来快速发展、全面发展的大好时期,对地铁设计单位来说这充满着巨大的机遇,同时也面临着严峻的挑战。目前,地铁设计市场处于大调整时期,从业单位、人数猛增,从占有的市场份额及设计能力上已经分化出等级和梯队,这些无疑都加剧了市场竞争。面对未来激烈的地铁设计市场竞争,设计单位需完善自身质量管理体系,加强设计质量把控,杜绝由于设计因素造成的工程事故;大力培养专业地铁项目经营人才,对地铁项目的经营力度要加倍,经营层次要提高;要努力做好在建项目,稳固已经占有的市场,做好深耕,同时积极筹备、及早进入当地地铁相关配套项目;创新地铁管理及经营模式,提高地铁设计综合效益。希望本文的研究分析对目前地铁设计市场发展态势认知和应对策略的运用起到有益的探索和参考。
[Abstract]:The development of urban rail transit is an important way to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion and poor environment in China, which is suitable for China's national conditions. At present, the rapid development of domestic subway, comprehensive development of the good period. This is full of great opportunities for subway design units, but also facing severe challenges. At present, the subway design market is in a period of great adjustment, the number of employees has soared. From the market share and design capacity has been divided into ranks and echelons, which undoubtedly intensified the market competition. In the face of the future fierce competition in the subway design market, design units need to improve their own quality management system. Strengthening the control of design quality to prevent engineering accidents caused by design factors; Train professional subway project management personnel energetically, to the subway project management strength must double, the management level must raise; Efforts should be made to do a good job in the construction of projects, to stabilize the market has been occupied, to do a good job of deep ploughing, at the same time to actively prepare for the early entry of the local subway related projects; It is hoped that the research and analysis of this paper will be beneficial to the cognition of the development situation of subway design market and the application of countermeasures.
