中国机电产品贸易的本地市场效应研究

【摘要】:中国是全球第一大机电产品贸易国,机电产品贸易在中国的对外贸易中占有举足轻重的地位。克鲁格曼在新贸易理论的框架下提出的本地市场效应为研究中国机电产品贸易的快速发展提供了一种新的视角。本文在对相关理论和文献回顾的基础上,首先对本地市场效应的产生及其作用机理进行理论分析,认为规模经济和产品差异化程度与本地市场效应呈正相关关系,运输成本和贸易壁垒与本地市场效应呈负相关关系。其次基于贸易规模、贸易结构、贸易方式、贸易伙伴国等中国机电产品贸易的发展现状对中国机电产品贸易所表现出来的本地市场效应进行初步剖析。再次,通过对Feenstra(2001)引力模型的改进,利用与中国机电产品贸易额排名前30位国家或地区的数据,构建面板引力模型进行实证分析,结果证明中国机电产品贸易整体存在本地市场效应,细分的5大类机电产品中电气及电子产品表现出明显的本地市场效应,运输工具和机械设备则表现出较弱的本地市场效应,金属制品和仪器仪表这两类机电产品则不存在本地市场效应。最后,基于本文实证研究结果从本地市场效应的角度对中国机电产品贸易的发展提出以下政策建议:政府要重视本地市场效应的发挥、优先发展本地市场效应明显的机电产品、加快本地市场效应不明显的机电行业集聚、有针对性的选择贸易伙伴国建立自由贸易区。同时,企业也应积极加快机电产品创新,打造差异化产品,构建自身品牌优势。
[Abstract]:China is the world's largest trading country in mechanical and electrical products. Trade in mechanical and electrical products plays an important role in China's foreign trade. Krugman's local market effect under the framework of new trade theory provides a new way to study the rapid development of China's trade in mechanical and electrical products. Based on the review of relevant theories and literatures, First of all, the author analyzes the production and mechanism of the local market effect, and thinks that the scale economy and the degree of product differentiation are positively correlated with the local market effect. Transport costs and trade barriers are negatively related to local market effects. Secondly, based on the scale of trade, trade structure, trade mode, The present situation of China's trade in mechanical and electrical products, such as trading partners, is a preliminary analysis of the local market effects of China's trade in mechanical and electrical products. Thirdly, by improving the gravitational model of Feenstraan 2001, Based on the data of the top 30 countries or regions in terms of trade volume with China's mechanical and electrical products, a panel gravity model is constructed for empirical analysis. The results show that there is a local market effect in the whole trade of China's mechanical and electrical products. Among the five major categories of mechanical and electrical products, electrical and electronic products exhibit obvious local market effects, while transport vehicles and mechanical equipment exhibit weaker local market effects. There is no local market effect on metal products and instruments. Finally, Based on the empirical results of this paper, from the perspective of local market effects, the following policy recommendations are proposed for the development of China's trade in mechanical and electrical products: the government should attach importance to the local market effects and give priority to the development of mechanical and electrical products with obvious local market effects. In order to accelerate the agglomeration of electromechanical industry which has not obvious effect on local market and to select trade partner countries to set up free trade area, enterprises should speed up the innovation of mechanical and electrical products actively, create differentiated products and build their own brand advantages.
