【摘要】：正 从2003年至2004年第一季度的统计数据看,我国经济中的结构失衡问题日益严重,结构问题使总量问题更加突出,通胀的压力明显增大,同时,又存在着通胀(结构性膨胀)转变为通缩(结构性过剩)的危险,宏观调控处于一个相当微妙的阶段。
