【摘要】：正2013年,在党中央、国务院和中共上海市委、上海市人民政府的坚强领导下,全市认真贯彻落实党的十八大精神,牢牢把握稳中求进工作总基调,紧紧围绕创新驱动发展、经济转型升级,全力推进稳增长、调结构、促改革、惠民生各项重点工作,国民经济运行稳中有进,各项社会事业全面进步,民生保障持续改善。
[Abstract]:In 2013, under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the CPC Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, and the Shanghai Municipal people's Government, the whole city conscientiously implemented the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, firmly grasped the general tone of seeking progress in a steady and steady manner, and tightly revolved around innovation-driven development.
