新药临床研究中正确选用统计方法的重要意义

【摘要】：正 临床药物试验是在临床科研者的严密监督下,用合乎人道的,经济的和周密的试验设计,包括随机、对照、重复或辅以配对、交叉等手段,用尽量少的病例得出合乎科学的评价。它无疑证明了统计学在临床药理学中的地位是至关重要的。
[Abstract]:Clinical drug trials are designed to be humane, economical and well-designed under the close supervision of clinical researchers, including random, controlled, repeated or supplemented by matching, crossover, etc.A scientific assessment can be obtained with as few cases as possible.It certainly proves the importance of statistics in clinical pharmacology.
