【摘要】：正班组是企业的细胞,是企业生产、经营活动的基本单位,是企业各项管理工作的基石。生产班组是企业完成各项生产任务不可缺少的组成部分。因此,生产班组各项工作的好坏,管理水平的高低,都将直接影响企业的经济效益。企业任何一个层次上的决策最终都要通过基层班组职工付出辛勤的劳动来实现。无论是生产决策还是经营决策,都要与这个决策相对应的物质(产品)做为基础的,而这种物质(产品)都是由生产班组生产出来的。所以,班组的地位在任何时候都是不可忽视的。企业的生产班组是根据企业内部劳动分工与协作
[Abstract]:The regular shift is the cell of the enterprise, the basic unit of the enterprise's production and operation, and the cornerstone of the enterprise's various management work.
