新常态下我国商品交易市场问题研究

【摘要】：经过30多年的高速发展,我国经济进入了增长速度放缓、结构不断优化、增长动力更加多元的"新常态"。作为经济运行过程中进行商品交易的经济组织形式,商品交易市场是国民经济中商品与服务交换的基本场所和主要形式,在市场经济体系中发挥着重要作用。如何充分发挥商品交易市场的优势,促进经济发展方式从要素驱动、投资驱动转向创新驱动,以及经济结构不断优化升级,就成为"新常态"下商品交易市场发展面临的重要课题。对我国商品交易市场进行深入调研,并从宏观及市场监管、市场举办方管理和场内商户经营三个层面对商品交易市场面临的问题进行研究和梳理,能为各方在制定商品交易市场的方针政策以及发展战略时提供有益的参考。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of rapid development, China's economy has entered a "new normal" with slowing growth rate, continuous optimization of structure and more diversified growth power. As a form of economic organization for commodity trading in the course of economic operation, commodity trading market is the basic place and main form of commodity and service exchange in the national economy, and plays an important role in the market economy system. How to give full play to the advantages of commodity trading market, promote the mode of economic development from factor driven, investment-driven to innovation-driven, as well as the continuous optimization and upgrading of economic structure, It has become an important subject for the development of commodity trading market under the new normal. Through the in-depth investigation of the commodity trading market in China, and from the macro and market supervision, the management of market organizers and the management of market operators, the problems faced by the commodity trading market are studied and combed. It can provide a useful reference for all parties in formulating the policy and development strategy of commodity trading market.
