工业发展速度新计算方法试行方案简介

【摘要】：为贯彻落实全国统计工作会议精神——从2002年开始,在全国范围内进行用价格指数缩减法计算工业发展速度的试行工作,2002年1月15日至17日,国家统计局在北京召开了全国工业发展速度计算方法改革会议。国家统计局对这次会议非常重视,局长朱之鑫莅临会议作了重要讲话并和与会代表合影,副局长贺铿、林贤郁及设计管理司、工业交通统计司、城市社会经济调查总队的领导同志也分别在会上讲了话,对今年这项统计制度方法改革的重中之重作了部署和说明,全国31个省区市统计局、城调队负责工业统计和生产资料价格调查工作的处长参加了会议。这次会议标志着用价格指数缩减法计算工业发展速度的试行工作进入了实战演习阶段。为让广大读者对这一重大统计方法制度改革有所了解和认识,本刊特对新计算方法试行方案作简要介绍。
[Abstract]:In order to implement the spirit of the National Statistical work Conference-beginning in 2002, a nationwide trial of calculating the speed of industrial development using the price index reduction method, from 15 to 17 January 2002, The National Bureau of Statistics held a national conference on the reform of the calculation method of industrial development speed in Beijing. The National Bureau of Statistics attached great importance to the meeting. Director Zhu Zhixin made an important speech at the meeting and took photos with delegates. Deputy Directors He Keng, Lin Xianyu and the Department of Design Management, Industrial Transport Statistics Division, The leading comrades of the urban social and economic survey team also spoke at the meeting, respectively, and made arrangements and explanations on the top priority of this year's reform of the statistical system and methodology. The national statistical offices of 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities throughout the country, The director in charge of industrial statistics and price survey of means of production attended the meeting. The meeting marked the beginning of a practical exercise to calculate the speed of industrial development by using the price-index retrenchment method. In order to make the readers have some understanding of the reform of this important statistical method system, this paper gives a brief introduction to the trial scheme of the new calculation method.
