【摘要】：正 据新华社2月16日电,从1992年起,我国将试行新的国民经济核算体系。为什么要试行新的国民经济核算体系?它的主要内容是什么?这是广大读者十分关心的问题,下面就这些问题作些简介。一、试行新的国民经济核算体系是为了适应计划经济与市场调节相结合的新的经济运行机制的需要国民经济核算是以社会再生产全过程为对象的全面、系统的核算。国民经济核算体系,是对整个国民经济运行情况进行计算和描述的宏观经济信息系统。我国从建国以来所采用的国民经济核算制度基本属于“物质产品平衡表体系(简称MPS)”。它与高度集中的计划管理体制相

This is a matter of great concern to the readers. Here are some brief descriptions of these issues. First, the trial of the new national economic accounting system is to meet the needs of the new economic operation mechanism of the combination of planned economy and market regulation. The national economic accounting is a comprehensive and systematic accounting which takes the whole process of social reproduction as the object. The system of national economic accounting is a macroeconomic information system which calculates and describes the operation of the whole national economy. The national economic accounting system adopted by our country since the founding of the people's Republic of China basically belongs to the material Product balance Table system (MPS). It is associated with a highly centralized planning management system.
