我国发酵豆粕市场供需特点分析及展望

【摘要】:发酵豆粕利用微生物发酵过程去除豆粕中的抗营养因子,提高豆粕的饲用价值,是具有极大需求潜力的大宗饲料原料,对于缓解我国优质蛋白饲料资源短缺具有重要作用和意义。调研总结我国发酵豆粕消费变化过程、消费区域、消费主体、应用对象及使用阶段等需求特征,阐述了发酵豆粕行业的发展历程、盈利模式、市场集中度等供给特点,并对发酵豆粕的市场前景做出展望。
[Abstract]:Fermented soybean meal is a kind of bulk feed material with great demand for removing anti-nutrition factors from soybean meal by microbial fermentation process and improving the feeding value of soybean meal. It plays an important role and significance in alleviating the shortage of high quality protein feed resources in China. This paper summarizes the demand characteristics of fermented soybean meal consumption in China, such as the changing process of fermented soybean meal consumption, the consumption region, the main body of consumption, the object of application and the stage of use, and expounds the supply characteristics of the fermented soybean meal industry, such as the development process, the profit model, the market concentration, etc. The market prospect of fermented soybean meal was forecasted.
