从核算盲点看问卷调查

【摘要】：正从大多数国家的统计实践看,长期以来一直是以核算数据为统计信息的主流。经济核算在社会经济统计活动中的地位如此显著,以至于在全世界范围内已经形成了一整套近乎完美无缺的核算体系——新SNA核算体系。从数量方面完整地反映国民经济系统的运行状态,新SNA核算体系有着其他任何一种统计活动无法企及的作用。事实上,在社会经济统计领域,经济核算一直是被作为统计活动的轴心看待的,其他一切统计活动都围绕着这一轴心运转。
[Abstract]:From the statistical practice of most countries, accounting data has been the mainstream of statistical information for a long time. The position of economic accounting in social and economic statistics is so remarkable that a whole set of near-perfect accounting system-the new SNA accounting system has been formed all over the world. From the aspect of quantity, the new SNA accounting system can not be reached by any other statistical activities. In fact, in the field of social and economic statistics, economic accounting has always been regarded as the axis of statistical activities, and all other statistical activities revolve around this axis.
