“万村千乡”市场工程对农村消费的影响及对策研究——以甘肃省为例

【摘要】:自商务部2005年提出"万村千乡"市场工程十年来,农村连锁超市在我国得到迅速发展,对我国农村消费产生了巨大影响,提高了农村消费质量、降低了农村消费成本并且增加了农民收入,尤其是对中西部相对较落后的甘肃省的农村消费的影响更为明显。但是在"万村千乡"市场工程进展的十年中也存在着农家店分布不均衡、农村基础设施不健全导致企业运输成本高等短期内较难克服的客观问题。"万村千乡"市场工程在以后的发展中要明确市场定位,在统一经营的前提下体现特色化,经营产品要多样化,要完善物流运输及配送货,还要加强管理和培训以及加入城市元素及信息化建设。
[Abstract]:Since the Ministry of Commerce put forward the market project of "thousands of villages and thousands of villages" in 2005, the rural chain supermarkets have developed rapidly in China, which has had a great impact on the rural consumption of our country and improved the quality of rural consumption. It reduces the rural consumption cost and increases the farmers' income, especially on the rural consumption in Gansu province, which is relatively backward in the central and western regions. However, in the ten years of market engineering progress of "thousands of villages and thousands of townships", there are also some objective problems that are difficult to overcome in the short term, such as the uneven distribution of farmers' shops and the unsound infrastructure in rural areas, which lead to the high transportation costs of enterprises in the short term. " In the future development of the market project, it is necessary to clearly define the market position, embody the characteristics under the premise of unified operation, diversify the management products, and improve the logistics, transportation and distribution of goods. Also strengthen management and training and join urban elements and information construction.
