长三角专业市场发展空间格局及影响因素

【摘要】:本文以讨论长三角地区专业市场发展空间格局及影响因素为主题,围绕专业市场发展的综合评价、集聚状况、空间联系依次展开讨论,并对影响发展格局的因素进行了实证研究。主要解决三个问题:长三角地区专业市场发展形成了怎样的空间格局;其发展空间格局随着时间如何演变;有哪些因素以何种程度影响发展格局的形成。首先,通过横向比较以及时间纵向比较,考察长三角整体专业市场发展情况,认为长三角地区专业市场在东部地区甚至全国都有着举足轻重的地位。并构建了专业市场发展评价体系,计算了各市专业市场发展得分。从综合评价来看,长三角各城市专业市场发展的步调并不一致,随着时间的推移由北向南依次形成了专业市场发展的两个高峰。其次,本文通过一系列工具对长三角地区专业市场发展的空间格局进行描述。从集聚状况来看,不同类型专业市场集聚状况不一,大致可以分成四个类别。专业市场的成交额呈现极化格局,不断朝市场发展良好的大城市集聚,且市场有超大型化发展趋势;从空间联系上来看,整体上不存在明显空间相关性,发展格局在空间上保持一定独立性,局部上异质性地市数量随着时间的推移而增多。再次,本文从专业市场发展的需求层面来构建专业市场发展的影响模型。在假定企业仅能通过建立独立的销售渠道或者依托于专业市场来进行产品销售的前提下,研究认为地区中小企业发展因素、制度变迁因素、对外开放程度因素以及基础交通便利因素作为核心因素引致了专业市场发展差异的空间格局。最后,本文利用计量方法检验模型和假说的正确性,并分析各因素的影响力度。研究结果表明,四个解释变量的符号均和预期相符,均对专业市场的发展格局产生显著影响。根据研究结论,提出以下政策建议:政府应鼓励和扶持地方中小企业的发展,优化基础设施建设,提供公正透明的制度环境,努力完善涉外政策体系。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the spatial pattern and influencing factors of the professional market development in the Yangtze River Delta region, and discusses the comprehensive evaluation, agglomeration status and spatial connection of the professional market development. And the factors that influence the development pattern are studied empirically. It mainly solves three problems: what kind of spatial pattern has been formed by the development of the specialized market in the Yangtze River Delta region, how the spatial pattern of its development evolves with time, and to what extent what factors affect the formation of the development pattern. First of all, through horizontal comparison and time vertical comparison, the development of the whole professional market in the Yangtze River Delta is investigated. It is considered that the professional market of the Yangtze River Delta region plays an important role in the eastern region and even the whole country. The evaluation system of professional market development is constructed, and the score of professional market development of each city is calculated. According to the comprehensive evaluation, the pace of professional market development in the Yangtze River Delta cities is not consistent, and with the passage of time, two peaks of professional market development have been formed in turn from north to south. Secondly, through a series of tools, this paper describes the spatial pattern of the development of the professional market in the Yangtze River Delta region. From the point of view of agglomeration, different types of professional market agglomeration can be divided into four categories. The turnover of the professional market presents a polarized pattern, and the market has a trend of super-large-scale development. From the point of view of spatial connection, there is no obvious spatial correlation on the whole, the development pattern maintains certain independence in space, and the number of local heterogeneous cities increases with the passage of time. Thirdly, this paper constructs the influence model of professional market development from the demand level of professional market development. On the assumption that the enterprise can only establish independent sales channels or rely on the professional market to carry out product sales, the study considers that the development factors of regional SMEs, institutional changes factors, The factors of the degree of opening to the outside world and the basic transportation facilities are the core factors which lead to the spatial pattern of the differences in the development of professional markets. Finally, this paper uses the econometric method to test the correctness of the model and hypothesis, and analyzes the influence of various factors. The results show that the symbols of the four explanatory variables are consistent with expectations and have a significant impact on the development pattern of professional market. According to the conclusion of the study, the government should encourage and support the development of local small and medium-sized enterprises, optimize the infrastructure construction, provide a fair and transparent institutional environment, and strive to improve the foreign policy system.
