关于统计改革的几点思考

【摘要】：正 统计是社会经济运行状况的“睛雨表”和“监测仪”,对社会经济发展具有重要的导向作用。面对新的社会经济发展战略的要求,统计方法制度滞后与新形势需要的突出矛盾的问题,是当前亟需解决的。 一、推进以新国民经济核算体系为龙头的统计方法制度改革 逐步制订和建立面向未来和适应可持续发展战略的会计和核算制度,建立面向可持续发展的核算体系是统计发展的必然趋势。可持续发展是指能满足当代人的需求,又不损害后代人满足其需求的发展模
[Abstract]:Positive statistics are "barometer" and "monitor" of social and economic operation, and play an important role in guiding the development of social economy. Facing the demands of the new socio-economic development strategy, the outstanding contradiction between the lag of the statistical method system and the needs of the new situation is urgently needed to be solved at present. First, to promote the reform of the statistical methodology system, which is led by the new system of national economic accounting, to gradually formulate and establish an accounting and accounting system that is oriented towards the future and adapted to the strategy of sustainable development. The establishment of sustainable development-oriented accounting system is the inevitable trend of statistical development. Sustainable development is a model of development that can meet the needs of contemporary people without compromising the needs of future generations.
