校企合作模式在中职汽车营销教学中的应用

【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展,汽车销售行业的市场竞争日趋激烈,为提升综合竞争力,汽车销售企业对销售人才的素质提出了更高的要求。中职院校作为技能型、应用型人才培养的重要基地,为满足市场对人才的培养要求,需要积极应用校企合作模式,制定以市场为导向的汽车营销人才培养计划,从而为社会提供更多具有较高职业素养和专业技能的汽车营销人才。本文概括了中职汽车营销教学存在的问题,分析了中职汽车营销教学应用校企合作模式的必要性及有效措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the market competition of automobile sales industry is becoming more and more fierce. In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness, automobile sales enterprises put forward higher requirements for the quality of sales talents. As an important base for the cultivation of skilled and applied talents, in order to meet the requirements of the market for the cultivation of talents, it is necessary for secondary vocational colleges to actively apply the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises and formulate a market-oriented training plan for automobile marketing talents, so as to provide more automobile marketing talents with higher professional literacy and professional skills for the society. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the teaching of automobile marketing in secondary vocational schools, and analyzes the necessity and effective measures of applying the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in the teaching of automobile marketing in secondary vocational schools.
