市场、技术、管理三者创新互动研究

随着新科技革命和经济全球化的到来,创新已成为企业成长的重要推动力。在当今竞争激烈的快变市场环境中,创新对企业保持竞争力更为关键。然而,企业创新的根本原理和过程并没有完全被人们所理解。百分之九十的创新项目会失败,其原因主要是企业开发的产品和提供的服务没有市场。传统的观点认为创新就是提供新产品和新服务的开发思想。事实上,企业创新不仅仅是关于产品和服务的开发,更是通过技术创新研发新产品和新服务,通过市场创新吸引新的客户,以及管理创新优化产品生产和运营过程以减低成本。针对现有的企业创新研究主要集中在技术创新。本文对市场、技术和管理创新的性质及其对企业成长的影响进行研究。将市场、技术、管理创新三者结合,提出企业创新管理的新理论框架和观点。本论文主要研究内容是:(1)企业成长测量的研究、(2)创新整体对企业成长影响的研究。(3)市场创新,技术创新和管理创新的性质以及其对企业成长影响的研究。(4)企业创新模式,如何从想法到业务的研究。对内容(1)、(2)、和(3)我们采用实证研究计量经济方法论和计算机SAS(Statistical Analysis System)程序编程工具做数据分析和理论假设核验...
