国外主要生物医学期刊参考文献著录情况

【摘要】：为了比较国内外学术期刊文后参考文献的著录情况,本课题组从三种国外权威的医学期刊(The Lancet,JAMA,N Engl J Med)入手,统计了同一时段(1996年1～3月)的各期,将其文后参考文献的情况逐一录入计算机,进行特殊项目的百分率统计、年限统计。结果,三种期刊的篇均引文数分别为7.3,15.3和14.4;引文年限统计为60%左右的引文为近5年的,但引文最久的可以达100多年。引文中期刊的比例达83.8%～89.3%,约有1%的引文为会议资料性的。引文语种中,英语占99%以上。期刊自引为8.7%～15.2%,略高于一般学科水平。本课题组认为,各引文指标都可反映一个期刊的学术水平,国内期刊有些指标与此三种期刊接近,但是不少期刊仍然落后。在引文数量的限制上,本课题组认为不应为节约版面而压缩引文;在会议资料的引用上,可以提倡多引用些大型会议资料。
[Abstract]:In order to compare the description of the reference documents in academic journals at home and abroad, the research group began with three overseas authoritative medical journals, the Lancett JAMAN Engl J Med. and counted each issue of the same period (January-March 1996). The references are entered into the computer one by one, and the percentage of special items and the number of years are counted. The results showed that the average citations of the three journals were 7.315.3 and 14.4.The citations with 60% citation years were nearly 5 years, but the longest citations could be over 100 years. The proportion of citations in periodicals reached 83.8% and 89.3%, and about 1% of the citations were for conference information. English accounts for more than 99% of the citation languages. The periodical self-citation is 8. 7 and 15. 2, which is slightly higher than the general subject level. Our group thinks that each citation index can reflect the academic level of a journal, some indexes of domestic periodicals are close to these three periodicals, but many periodicals are still lagging behind. On the limitation of citation quantity, our group thinks that we should not compress the citation instead of saving space, and we can advocate more citation of large conference materials in the citation of conference materials.
