大数据时代DOI的应用意义与中国科技期刊应用现状

【摘要】：数字对象唯一标志符DOI(digital object identifier),已成为云计算平台上电子文献样本存储和按需服务的最佳应用技术。本文介绍了DOI的发展历史与国际现状,分析了大数据时代期刊DOI的存在意义,特别是2009年JCR新增了eigenfactor score和article influence score 2个评价指标后,DOI已成为评价指标的唯一依据。对2013年300种高校期刊进行了分析,发现其DOI应用比例严重偏低,仅占17.6%,原因有3点:1)期刊无独立网站和过刊回溯功能;2)申请了DOI,但没有针对期刊的文章信息进行注册或在文章上注明DOI;3)期刊网站改版或者网络链接(URL)的变更,没有及时重新注册DOI元数据。建议我国期刊建立数字化平台网站或与国内外大型出版集团合作,在拥有DOI号的同时,同步进行注册,使其成为期刊数字出版的"利器",为广大受众服务,使国内与国外数字出版同步发展。
[Abstract]:Digital object unique identifier DOI(digital object identifier has become the best application technology for electronic document sample storage and on-demand service on cloud computing platform. This paper introduces the development history and international status of DOI, and analyzes the significance of the existence of DOI in big data era. In particular, in 2009, JCR added two evaluation indexes, eigenfactor score and article influence score, which have become the only basis for the evaluation. This paper analyzes three hundred journals of colleges and universities in 2013, and finds that the proportion of DOI application is on the low side. Only 17.6B, because 3: 1) Journal has no independent website and backtracking function 2) has applied for DOI, but has not registered for the article information of the journal or marked DOIX3 on the article) the periodical website is revised or the web link is changed. DOI metadata was not registered in time. It is suggested that Chinese periodicals should establish digital platform websites or cooperate with large publishing groups at home and abroad to register at the same time as they have DOI numbers. Make it become the "sharp weapon" of periodical digital publication, serve the broad audience, make domestic and foreign digital publication develop synchronously.
