Word排版在科技期刊数字出版中的应用及优势分析

【摘要】：根据科技期刊稿件的特点,在总结以往科技期刊排版研究的基础上,得出了Word排版是克服现有排版软件的局限、实现数字出版的最佳选择。在总结期刊排版实践工作经验基础上,介绍了使用Word2007对期刊排稿的技术要点,并重点分析了Word排版在标题自动化编号、公式的转化、页码变更、标题页眉自动化变更、格式利用转化等方面的优势。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of manuscripts of sci-tech periodicals and on the basis of summarizing the previous research on typesetting of sci-tech periodicals, it is concluded that Word typesetting is the best choice to overcome the limitation of existing typesetting software and to realize digital publishing. On the basis of summing up the practical experience of periodical typesetting, this paper introduces the technical essentials of periodical typesetting using Word2007, and emphatically analyzes the automatic number of titles, the transformation of formulas, the change of page number and the automatic change of header of titles in Word typesetting. Format takes advantage of conversion and so on.
