【摘要】：正皮肤外科作为皮肤科重要的亚学科,20世纪后半叶在欧美国家发展蓬勃,其中美国规定在教学医院皮肤科必须设置皮肤外科,训练皮肤科住院医师的基本皮肤外科技术。在我国50年代,由于麻风病诊治归属皮肤科学范畴,大量皮肤科医师开始学习矫形技术,随之一大批手艺精湛的皮肤科医师成长为麻风病患畸形矫治队伍中的领军人物,特别是近几年来皮肤外科在我国再次飞速发展,很多技术已逐步与世界接轨。追溯学科的发展,皮肤外科与整形外科存有很多交叉,现代整形外科的若干项新技
[Abstract]:As an important subdiscipline of dermatology, dermatology developed vigorously in Europe and America in the latter half of the 20th century. The United States stipulated that dermatology must be set up in the dermatology department of teaching hospital. In 50s, a large number of dermatologists began to learn orthopedic techniques due to the fact that the diagnosis and treatment of leprosy fell under the category of dermatology. With this, a large number of skilled dermatologists have become leaders in the treatment of leprosy deformity, especially in recent years, skin surgery has been developing rapidly again in our country.
