“为了教师生命”——《反思与实践:教师文化特质研究》书评

【摘要】:正自20世纪80年代以来,美国的卡内基小组、霍姆斯小组相继发表《国家为培养21世纪的教师做准备》、《明天的教师》这两个报告之后,人们逐渐认识到制约教育改革成败的根本性因素就在于怎样建设一支高质量的教师队伍。教师文化作为教师价值观念、信念、态度和行为方式的一种反映,对教师专业发展和教育教学改革具有深层次支撑作用,是培养高质量教师的主要方面。基于这种认识,教师文化研究逐渐成为国内外普遍关注的热点话题,尤其是2001年我国新一轮基础教育课程改革实施以来,教师文化的研究价值日益得到了彰显。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, the Carnegie Group and the Holmes Group in the United States have published "the State prepares for 21th century's Teachers" and "tomorrow's Teachers" after these two reports. People have come to realize that the fundamental factor that restricts the success or failure of educational reform lies in how to build a high-quality teaching team, and the teacher culture as a reflection of teachers' values, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors. Teachers' professional development and education and teaching reform have a deep support role, is the main aspect of training high-quality teachers. Based on this understanding, the research of teacher culture has gradually become a hot topic of general concern at home and abroad. Especially since the implementation of the new round of basic education curriculum reform in 2001, the research value of teacher culture has been increasingly highlighted.
