宪法的人性关怀——《宪法哲学导论》书评

【摘要】：一直以来法律给人们的都是一副冰冷的面孔,可法律真的只有冰冷吗?本文通过阅读《宪法哲学导论》,从宪法定义、宪法历史、宪法价值、宪法元点四个方面探究宪法中的人性关怀,体会如何才能通过法律让人民获得最终的幸福。
[Abstract]:All along the law has given people a cold face, but is the law really only cold? By reading the introduction to Constitutional philosophy, this paper explores the human nature concern in the Constitution from four aspects: constitutional definition, constitutional history, constitutional value and constitutional element, and experiences how to make the people obtain ultimate happiness through law.
