摘要:
为给脉冲爆震发动机(PDE)的高温高冲击非稳态工作环境下的爆震波传播速度测量提供具有工程实践意义的技术支持,为爆震发动机性能分析提供可靠的测试信号,研究基于离子电流的爆震波传播速度的传感技术,设计了一种新型离子传感器.通过单次爆震试验和多循环爆震试验发现,其耐高温、耐冲击、抗积碳能力强,可靠性高,成本低,其测量计算所得爆震波传播速度和压力传感器测量计算所得结果一致,可替代压力传感器进行爆震波速度测量.
Abstract:
The sensor technology based on ion current for measuring speed of detonation wave is developed and a new type probe is designed.The results provide practical technique supports of detonation wave measurement for pulse detonation engine(PDE),which works in high temperature and strong impact environment.The researches provide reliable testing signals for the performance analysis.Through the single and muhicycle detonation experiments,the results show that the probe is reliable,low cost and suitable for high temperature,strong impact.The measurement and calculation resuh of the speed of the wave detonation is consistent with that of pressure sensors.The ion probe can measure the speed of detonation wave in PDE.
