通过对礼花行业生产工艺、生产状况及生产过程中突发性事故发生的原因、危害后果的回顾性调查,总结出礼花行业这类含有特殊能量的生产企业在生产过程中危害因素种类、来源及其对周围环境及居住区的潜在影响;同时应用爆炸力学理论及对礼花厂火灾爆炸后果进行了回顾性评价。应用霍普金森标尺化定律,对礼花厂突发性事故造成的危害后果进行了定量评价,并提出礼花厂安全卫生防护距离的标准。
