【摘要】：正【摘要】目的采用能够即时调节能量功率和频次的肿瘤介电常数反馈控制消融系统来确定肺癌患者微波消融(MWA)所致的组织变化。材料和方法此项消融和切除研究获得了机构审查委员会批准,并取得患者的知情同意。2009年3月—2010年1月,10例患者(女4例,男6例;年龄52～82岁,平均71岁)进行了肺癌MWA治疗。在持续10 min的操作中,实时调节功率(10～32 W)、频率(908～928 MHz),使14号天线顶端的温度保持在110～120℃。检测有无气体渗漏,行肿瘤切割术。肉眼目
[Abstract]:Objective to determine the tissue changes induced by microwave ablation of MWAs in patients with lung cancer by using a feedback ablation system of tumor dielectric constant which can adjust the power and frequency of tumor immediately. Materials and methods the ablation and excision study was approved by the institutional review committee and informed consent of the patients was obtained. From March 2009 to January 2010, 10 patients (4 female and 6 male; 52 years old) were enrolled in the study. MWA treatment for lung cancer was performed at an average age of 71 years.
