热解半焦催化热解污水污泥制备轻质焦油

污水污泥的处理是全世界急需解决的课题之一,它的排放不仅污染环境同时也是资源的浪费。热解是污泥等碳质资源提质利用的重要方式之一,但是污泥的高含氧量和高含氮量的特点限制了其热解提质。该论文在下坠式管式反应器中研究了污泥的催化热解,旨在降低热解液体产物中含氮和含氧类有机化合物(ONSs和OOSs),提高生物油品质。实验选取了三种不同类型的催化剂用于污泥快速热解挥发分的催化重整,分别是钙基催化剂(CBCs:白云石和Ca O)、过渡金属催化剂(TMCs:Ni/Al2O3、褐铁矿和Co Mo/Al2O)和通过离子交换-碳化法制备得到的褐煤半焦基催化剂(C700)。实验在500–700 ℃的反应温度下考察了不同催化剂对产物分布的影响,细致分析了生物油的化学组成,并进步一揭示了该过程中的氮迁移路径。该论文主要在从以下四个方面下进行了结果讨论:产物分布,气体收率,焦油组成和氮分布。首先考察的是热解产物的碳分布,反应温度对产物的碳分布影响较大。在非催化热解下,当温度从500升高至700 ℃,半焦的碳产率降低,这可能与焦...
