【摘要】：近年来,越来越多学者关注体裁分析法,并运用体裁分析法对话语进行研究。然而,研究者对金融英语文章体裁关注不足,并缺乏运用体裁分析法对中外金融英语文章摘要进行研究。考虑到以上现状,本文旨在运用体裁分析法对中外金融英语文章摘要的结构特点和语言特点进行研究。本研究的数据库是由中外各300篇文章摘要组成。数据来源于中外权威金融英语期刊。本文采用定量与定性相结合的方法对文章摘要进行研究。本文采用IMRC(背景-方法-结果-结论)理论框架对摘要语步特点进行研究,并基于英文摘要写作国际标准及前人研究从语态、时态、人称、引用四方面对摘要语言特点进行分析。研究结果表明：本文在中外数据库中分析出四种必要语步,分别是背景、方法、结果、结论。此外,就语步特点而言,中外文章摘要在语步1“背景”和语步4“结论”中存在显著差异,而在语步2“方法”和语步3“结论”中没有发现显著差异。就语言特点而言,在中外数据库中,一般现在时在时态中使用频率最高,并且主动语态在语态中的使用频率最高。在所有语步中,外国学者偏好使用第一人称复数,而中国学者在特定语步中更多使用第三人称。外国文章使用引用情况多于中国文章。本研究结论为金融英语文章摘要符合研究的理论框架；在语步特点方面,中外作者都重视对语步2和语步3的应用；而相比于中国作者,外国作者更加注重语步1和语步4的应用；中外金融英语文章在语言特点方面存在异同点。基于以上研究成果,本研究认为体裁分析法能够对学生在专门用途英语学习中提供帮助。因而本研究具有一定的借鉴和启示意义。首先,体裁分析法作为有效分析方法,有助于加深专门用途英语学生对不同题材文章的理解,可广泛应用于英语教学中；其次,教师应为学生提供丰富的文章资源拓展教学方法以提高学生写作应用能力；最后,教育工作者应鼓励体裁分析法广泛应用于学术期刊文章写作方法的研究实践中,从而提高期刊的学术水平。
