【摘要】：正刊物栏目定为:研究论文、前沿与综述、通讯。1.来稿必须是原创性论文,要求结构完整、论点明确、论据可靠、论证合理、层次分明、可读性强。2.投稿应具有合法性,即不存在抄袭、剽窃、侵权等不良行为。如发现上述不良行为,本刊将据实通知作者所在单位的最高领导层,并不再接受第一作者的投稿。作者文责自负,本刊不承担连带责任。3.来稿应未在任何正式出版物上刊载过,且不允许一稿多投。研究论文建议包括以下模块:(1)引言:要具体描述国内外研究现状、研究的意义、问题的引出;
