高校学报作者投稿心理分析与期刊编辑策略——以《南阳师范学院学报》为例

【摘要】：采用问卷调查、走访座谈等方式,对2006～2008年间向《南阳师范学院学报》投稿的作者进行投稿心理和影响其投稿因素的调查,分析调查结果发现:①作者的投稿需求主要分为实用需求、功利需求、取得他人认可的需求和自我实现需求,其中实用和功利性需求的作者偏多,这与当今对科研人员的学术评价体系有一定关系,也为编辑人员正确引导作者写作、匡正学术风气提出了要求。②影响作者投稿的因素依次有刊物的学术定位、是否核心期刊、刊物的影响因子、编辑工作效率、与编辑部的人际关系、稿件的采用率等,从而得出结论,作为编辑人员,要想办好刊物,必须对所办刊物准确定位、扩大刊物的影响、提高编辑工作效率、与作者加强交流和沟通。
[Abstract]:By means of questionnaire survey, interview and discussion, the authors who contributed to Journal of Nanyang normal University from 2006 to 2008 were investigated for their contributing psychology and influencing factors. The results show that: 1 the author's contribution needs are mainly divided into practical needs, utilitarian needs, requirements for obtaining recognition from others and self-actualization needs, among which there are more practical and utilitarian needs. This has something to do with the current academic evaluation system for scientific research personnel, and it also provides a request for editors to correctly guide the author's writing and correct the academic ethos. 2 the factors that affect the author's contribution in turn include the academic orientation of the journal, whether the core journal, or not. The factors affecting the publication, the editorial efficiency, the interpersonal relationship with the editorial department, the adoption rate of manuscripts, etc., so as to reach a conclusion that, if an editor wants to run a good publication, he must accurately position the publication and expand the influence of the publication. Improve the efficiency of editing, strengthen communication and communication with the author.
