【摘要】：正全新式精密图案涂布技术之开发与研究——「太极涂布法」博士:林怡君毕业学校:台湾大学指导教师:王安邦精密图案产生技术之应用范围越来越广泛,除了过去广为应用在书籍印刷等知识传播领域外,近年来配合现代科技的发展,也被大量运用于半导体、平面显示器及生物医学产业。而因应全球绿色环保节能之大趋势,各式图案涂布技术(patterncoating)正如雨后春笋般的被开发并应用,此类技术利用流体控制及机械动作,直接将图案定义于涂布基材上,以免去传统批式(batch)制程中高耗时、耗能、高废料、且高污染之微影蚀刻制程,并以卷对卷(roll-to-roll)方式快速且连续生产。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the development of modern science and technology has been widely used in semiconductor , flat panel displays and biomedical industries . In addition to the wide application of modern science and technology in the field of knowledge transmission such as book printing , various pattern coating techniques have been widely used in semiconductor , flat display and biomedical industries .
