田园土上不同品种狗牙根叶表皮细胞微形态研究（英文）

为筛选出适合江汉平原生长的狗牙根品种,观察了14个狗牙根品种叶片上、下表皮微形态,并测定了其长、短细胞和气孔的数量及长宽。结果显示,不同品种狗牙根的叶表皮的微形态结构类似,表皮细胞垂周壁呈波浪状,上、下表皮均有气孔分布,但各项指标差异显著;雄鹰、太阳城和野生狗牙根多项指标均较大,对田园土生境和江汉平原多雨的环境都具有很好的适应性;新农1号、普通脱壳狗牙根和普通未脱壳狗牙根的各项指标均居末位,对田园土生境适应性差;普通脱壳狗牙根也不适应植物砼生境,而野生狗牙根具有良好的田园土和植物砼生境适应性;喀什的叶片上、下表皮长、短细胞排列紧密,Pyramid和普通脱壳狗牙根气孔密度较大,均能很好的适应干旱环境。
